Platinum Package- for $325 per month the athlete receives weekly individualized training plans based on periodization . This package includes 3 monthly private sessions of choice and 12 monthly group sessions of choice, and unlimited phone/ e-mail contact with the coach.
Gold Package- for $275 per month the athlete receives weekly individualized training plans based on periodization. This package also includes 2 monthly private sessions of choice and 8 monthly group sessions of choice, and unlimited phone/ e-mail contact with the coach.
Silver Package- for $225 per month the athlete receives bi-monthly (2 week scheduled blocks) individualized training plans based on periodization. This package also includes 1 monthly private session of choice and 6 monthly group sessions of choice, and 1 weekly phone consultation and 1 weekly e-mail contact(initiated by the athlete)with the coach.
Bronze Package- for $175 per month the athlete receives bi-monthly (2 week scheduled blocks) individualized training plans based on periodization. This package also includes 2 monthly private sessions of choice and 1 monthly phone consultation and 1 weekly e-mail contact (initiated by the athlete) with the coach.
Session Descriptions: Note: There will be a 24 hour cancellation policy on all sessions.
· Private session: S3 Coach/ 1 athlete · Semi-private session: S3 Coach/ 2 athletes (2 semi-private sessions can be substituted for 1 private session) · Group sessions: S3 Coach/ 3 or more athletes (3 group sessions can be substituted for 1 private session)
Session Selections: · Running economy analysis · Bike efficiency analysis · Swim stroke analysis · Nutritional guidance for health & performance · Periodized strength training program development based on weaknesses · Flexibility assessment and routines · Bike fit (for comfort or for aerodynamics) · Mental training strategies and techniques · Motivation session for your breakthrough workouts · Lactate threshold testing for the bike or run · Power cranks session for strength and technique in cycling · Power meter trainer testing/set-ups (your bike on power trainer) · Functional Movement Screen for optimal performance Hourly Rates: · $65 per hour for non-S3 coached athletes · $50 per hour for S3 coached athletes · $100 per hour for team development sessions (soccer teams, basketball teams, cross country, etc.) · Sport specific strength training (with a major emphasis on core strength) · Plyometric power drills to enhance speed and agility
