Beginners:  You are new to running and have many questions related to the sport.  S3 believes that running is a skill that can be developed and fine-tuned to minimize injury and increase speed.
 
Intermediate:  You have run many miles, but are plagued by injury or want to go faster.  S3 can teach you how to run "light on your feet" and reduce the pounding.  The best shoes in the world won't keep you from getting injured if your running technique is bad.
 
Advanced:  You are a competitive runner and want to achiev your personal best.  S3 wants to help you do this through training smarter, not harder.  The proper mix of intervals, tempo efforts, long runs, skill sessons, and rest days can unleash your true potential.
