S3 Training presents "Super Kids" |

|
"Super Kids" running program will be offered year around. This program was created to improve the strength, stamina, and speed of kids ages 6-14. We focus on proper running form, breathing techniques, nutrition, flexibility, pacing strategies all in a fun team training atmosphere. We will meet every Monday from 4:00 - 5:00 during the school year at various locations. The team is restricted to only 20 athletes to keep the quality of services high and the focus on your child. There will be two coaches available at every session so we can divide the kids into groups according to their ability level. For a flier, click here.  |
